Refunds

Google and Apple process every purchase, so start a refund with the store you bought from. If you need our help, send your device, the store you used and the date and time of the transaction with a screenshot. Please add your country, your timezone and the reason for the refund.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give trading advice or tell you which method to trade. The app has no accounts, so we also cannot look up account details. Our terms explain why we never give trading advice.

Common questions

Does the app tell me when to trade?

No. It calculates support and resistance levels from your prices and leaves every trading decision to you.

Which prices do I enter?

Enter the open, high, low and close of the last completed candle. Intraday traders usually use yesterday's daily candle.

What data does the app collect?

No. The app does not ask for your name or email and it does not track you. It uses Firebase for analytics and crash reports so we can fix bugs.

Why don't my levels match my chart?

The usual reasons are a different session close or a different pivot method. Match both and then compare the numbers again.

Rate the app on Google Play or the App Store

If Pivot Point Calculator helps your trading, a rating on the store helps other traders find the app.
